To take advantage of the spectacular view of the McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale, AZ, this 15,000 sq. ft class "A" office building is sited on a corner lot and is oriented so that the North and East façades face the view while the South West side of the building was designed to shade the building from the relentless sun. The stepped design creates many corner offices and orientation provides each office with its own view of the mountains.
